Chemical Tests

Chemical testing is simply the process to obtain chemical results so you can determine if a chemical level is low, ideal, or high. This will ensure that you have the information and data that you need to monitor and adjust chemicals so that you can continually maintain optimal water chemistry.

Too many pool owners do not test the pool chemical levels enough. Not coincidentally, these are the same pool owners that are most often have to troubleshoot and then remedy water clarity problems, which requires the purchase of additional expensive pool chemicals. When you neglect regular chemical testing, you will have no basis for making correct chemical adjustments, which will often lead to cloudy, discolored, and otherwise unclear water. Or worse, algae. Any of these problems will require that you spend so much more time and money correcting the problem you caused.

You must test your pool chemicals as part of your overall maintenance schedule. And you must also be able to adjust chemical testing - meaning testing the chemicals more often - when conditions dictate.
