Filter Valve Repairs

There are two main types of filter valves:

• multiport valves.
• push/pull valves.

A multiport valve is the recommended filter valve for any sand filter or DE filter.

Regardless of the type of filter valve, at times, it will be problematic. During these times, you will need to troubleshoot the filter valve so you can best communicate the problem(s), which can ultimately save time and money if a service call is required to repair or replace the filter valve.

While a filter valve isn't inherently problematic, at times, problems will certainly occur and the filter valve will need to be repaired or replaced, which will require a service call.
