There are a lot of pool companies (most common being the pool-specific e-commerce websites) that literally saturate their stores with every available pool product, which only makes every product a mere commodity among other “like" products.

This often overwhelms and confuses pool owners. This, then, creates a consumer gap, where pool owners (consumers) cannot distinguish between like products when they are researching and buying pool supplies.

Pool Support, Inc. will not overwhelm consumers and otherwise increase this consumer gap. Rather, we will exclusively discuss, explain, and support only the pool supplies that we feel comfortable representing - because they are the pool supplies that you will need - in order to eliminate the current consumer gap and instead create and nurture a heightened consumer confidence with these select pool supplies, all of which are endorsed by the swimming pool industry.
