Winter Cover Repairs

There are two primary types of winter pool covers:

• Waterbag covers.
• Safety covers.

A waterbag cover is not safe and is never recommended.

A safety cover is safe and is always recommended.

If your pool is covered by a waterbag cover for the winter, you are advised to get rid of that waterbag cover and opt to have a safety cover installed.

At times, your safety cover will be problematic. During these times, you will need to troubleshoot the safety cover so you can best communicate the problem(s), which can ultimately save time and money if a service call is required to repair or replace the safety cover.

While a safety cover isn't inherently problematic, at times, problems will certainly occur and the safety cover will need to be repaired or replaced, which will require a service call.
